Unfortunately, we are unable to change the name on an existing booking. If the person named on the booking will not be attending, they may authorize someone else to collect the tickets by providing a signed letter of authorization.
The letter must include:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for by my card ending in [last 4 digits of credit card used].”
The authorized person must bring:
- The signed letter
- A valid photo ID
This process helps ensure the security of your booking and ticket collection.
