Once your booking is complete and payment has been processed, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, as per our terms and conditions.
If you need additional tickets after completing your purchase, you’ll need to make a separate booking for the extra guests. During the initial booking process, you can add or remove tickets by:
- Clicking “Continue Shopping” to add more tickets
- Using the “Modify Cart” button at the top right to adjust your order before checkout
