- If you still don’t see it, try using our Order Lookup Tool to access your tickets. You’ll need to enter:
- The email address used during booking
- The phone number entered at checkout (including any country code, if used)
- If the lookup is unsuccessful, you can still collect your tickets onsite by bringing:
- The card used for payment
- A valid photo ID
- If you don’t have your booking reference or still need help, please submit a support form. Be sure to include:
- Your contact details
- A brief description of the issue
