I’ve lost my booking confirmation number—what should I do?

No worries! If you’ve lost your booking confirmation number, here are a few ways to retrieve your tickets:

1. Use our Order Lookup Tool
   Enter the email address and phone number used during booking (make sure to include any country code if used). This will allow you to access your tickets and booking details.

2. Visit the attraction with your payment card and photo ID
   If you're unable to retrieve your booking online, simply bring:

   • The credit card used for payment
   • A valid photo ID

   Our admissions team can locate your order and issue your tickets onsite.

3. Still need help?
   If you’re unable to locate your booking, submit a support form with your contact details and a brief description of the issue. Our team will confirm your order and resend your confirmation email.
