While there is no minimum age or height, all riders must meet the following requirements for safety:
- Riders must be able to sit upright unaided and walk onto the ride unassisted
- Infants are not permitted to ride
- Children under 4 feet 3 inches must be accompanied by an adult
- One adult per bench is required for younger riders
- All guests must wear closed-toe shoes
Guests using wheelchairs are welcome but must be able to self-transfer into the ride vehicle. Team members can assist with steadying but cannot lift guests.
