Guests using wheelchairs are welcome to enjoy Merlin’s Apprentice, but there are important safety requirements to keep in mind:
- Guests must be able to self-transfer from their wheelchair into the ride vehicle
- Riders must have full upper body control and be able to sit upright unaided
- All guests must be able to walk onto the ride unassisted
- Closed-toe shoes are required to ride
- Expectant mothers are not recommended to ride
- Guests with casts may ride if the cast is below the knee or elbow, fits safely in the vehicle, and does not interfere with safety
🚪 Ride Access:
- The queue line is wheelchair accessible
- Guests unable to wait in line may enter through the exit gate with permission from the ride operator
- Team members can assist with steadying during transfer, but cannot lift guests
In the event of an emergency stop, please remain seated until a staff member arrives to assist you.
