Yes! LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Westchester is designed to be ADA accessible and welcoming to guests with a variety of needs. Here's an overview of our accessibility features:
🧑🦽 Visitors with Reduced Mobility
- Our shop, café, show venues, and most rides and attractions are wheelchair accessible.
- Ride queues are ADA accessible so guests using wheelchairs can wait with their group.
- Restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible.
- Carer tickets are available at a discount for caregivers with valid ID—available at the admissions counter.
Please note: While our team members are happy to assist with access to special ride compartments, they cannot lift or carry guests. We recommend visiting with someone familiar with your needs for safe assistance during emergencies or ride evacuations.
🦮 Service Animals
- Service dogs are welcome throughout the attraction.
- Service animals must be leashed or harnessed at all times.
- They are not permitted on Kingdom Quest or Merlin’s Apprentice rides and must remain with a non-rider.
👁️ Visitors with Visual Impairments
- The 4D Cinema is ADA accessible with indoor seating.
- Strobe lighting and 4D effects are used—guidance is available upon request.
🦻 Visitors with Hearing Impairments
- Scripts for 4D movies are available upon request.
- Wheelchair spaces are available in the front rows of the 4D Cinema.
