Paying by credit card?
You can book your group visit online by filling out our Group Booking Request Form. A member of our team will review your request and contact you by the next business day to confirm your reservation. -
Paying by check?
Please call us at 914-775-6022 or complete the booking request form. One of our Playmakers will reach out to finalize your booking.
Full payment by check must be received before your visit and mailed to:

🧾 Tax-Exempt Groups:
If your group is tax-exempt, please book your tickets online and email your tax-exempt documentation and order number to:

📌 Important Group Visit Information:
- Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance
- Group visits are available Monday through Friday
- A minimum of 10 children is required to qualify for group pricing

Outside food and bagged lunches are not permitted inside the center
- Meal deals are available and must be booked through our group sales office
- Food substitutions can be arranged for children with allergies
