Yes! We offer a variety of hands-on educational workshops that bring learning to life through LEGO® Education. These workshops are designed to support STEAM learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and align with Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards.
Each workshop is:
- 30–45 minutes long
- Just $3 per student
- Designed for grades K–5
- Conducted in small groups (20 students max, working in pairs)
🧪 Workshop Options:
🕺 Get Up and Dance (Grades K–1)
Explore how gears affect motion in a fun LEGO® dance competition. Students learn how pushing on objects changes speed and direction.
🚗 Push Car Derby (Grades 1–2)
Build a spinning launcher and race cars to explore push/pull forces and friction. Students analyze how force affects speed and distance.
🏎️ Race Car Challenge (Grade 3)
Customize race cars to test variables like mass and rolling resistance. Students record data, make predictions, and identify patterns.
🛷 Bobsled Physics (Grades 3–5)
Investigate how gravity and mass affect bobsled motion. Students observe patterns and learn the difference between mass and volume.
🏀 Free Throw Challenge (Grades 3–5)
Measure and analyze basketball motion to recognize patterns and improve accuracy. Students record data and make predictions.
These workshops help students:
- Understand forces and motion
- Conduct investigations and analyze data
- Collaborate and present ideas
- Explore real-world applications of STEAM concepts
