If you need to cancel or reschedule your birthday party, please email a LEGOLAND Discovery Center representative at LDCWestchester.Birthdays@merlinentertainments.biz. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
- Full refund: Available for cancellations made two weeks or more before your scheduled party date
- Free rescheduling: Available for cancellations made within 2 days of the party date
- No refund or rescheduling: Applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the party date
